The moment she rolled onto the site, my idle went crazy.
I’m usually stable at 1800 RPM,
but that day I revved up to 2400 —
the mechanic thought I was overheating.
Nah bro, I was just blushing.


“Hey, your injectors look… pretty precise,”
she said with that soft hydraulic hum.
I coughed a little, trying to stay cool.
“Your oil pressure isn’t bad either,” I replied.
Boom — the whole site smelled like diesel and destiny.


After that, everything changed.
I started digging faster, smoother —
five meters deep and still full of torque.
Even the excavator operator said,

But love isn’t always full throttle.
One day, she got transferred to another site.
That night, I misfired three times.
